Steven Bowers

Steven is Exo's Vice President, Legal and General Counsel. As a registered patent attorney and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), he brings broad expertise in corporate legal affairs, patent portfolio strategy, complex patent litigation and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Exo, Steven was a senior counsel at Intel Corporation, where he advised business units responsible for cutting-edge wireless communications technologies, high-performance computing products, and hardware product security. Steven is an active member of the California Bar and District of Columbia Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University, a M.S. degree from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and a J.D. degree from The George Washington University.
